What this covers
These terms cover using this website and joining the waitlist. They don’t cover the app, because there isn’t one yet — separate terms will come with it, and you’ll have a chance to read them before you agree.
Who can join
You need to be 18 or over, and using an email address you control.
What joining the waitlist means
You’re telling us you’d like to know when we open. It isn’t a contract, it doesn’t reserve anything, and it doesn’t oblige you to use the service when it launches.
It doesn’t oblige us either. We’re early. Plans may change, timelines may move, and things may end up looking different from what’s described here.
Using this site
Please don’t try to break the site, get at data that isn’t yours, or use it in a way that breaks the law. Everything on these pages is ours unless stated otherwise.
No warranties
The site is provided as-is. We can’t guarantee it will always be available or free of errors.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site.
Changes
We may update these terms as things develop. Continuing to use the site means the current version applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
