Everything else

Write to hello@prayergroup.live. One address, and a person reads what comes in. A reply may take a few days; anything about safety jumps the queue.

It helps if you put one of these at the front of the subject line — it is the only sorting we do, and it works:

• Problem — something is broken, or it did not do what you expected. Tell us what you were trying to do and what happened instead. The page you were on is worth more than a screenshot.
• Feedback — an idea, a reaction, something that felt wrong. We are early enough that this genuinely changes what gets built, and we would rather hear it now than after we have built the thing.
• Question — the frequently asked questions answer most of them, and if yours is not there it probably should be.
• Accessibility — something is in your way. Say what you were trying to do and what stopped you. These go to the front of the queue, and the accessibility page lists what we already know we have not checked.
• Press — we are pre-launch and small, and we will say so, but we will answer.

Two things email is not for

Reporting a post or a member. Use the report control on the post itself. It reaches the moderation queue with the post attached, which an email does not, and it is logged — see the community guidelines for what happens next.

Anything you would not put in an email. Mail is not private in transit in any way we control. If it is sensitive, say only that you would like to talk and we will find a better channel.
